Accent Inns Kamloops

The location was great. The kitchenette facilities were very handy. It meant we could prepare healthy meals. The bus stops, shops and fast food restaurants were nearby. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean. It felt like an Airbnb, home from home.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable but the mini-fridge needs to be defrosted. Not really worth the $200 per night we paid, but I think that's becoming the standard for run-of-the-mill rooms in peak season. Great location, close to the TCH, but nice and quiet. I would return.

Our stay at Accent was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Ana and Dylan went far above in their level of customer service and professionalism! The room, fitness facility and pool were all very clean. I really enjoyed all of the little extras- a nice coffee machine, humorous notes around the property. great location. Very comfortable bed and quiet room

Fresh and clean. The rooms were great as a drop off for a day or two en route to Vancouver from Alberta. Close to good facilities. The staff were the highlight, from the communications about the stay to the service at the desk. They were kind and fun and joyous. They bantered about putting on a parade for us and they did when we got there!

We had a very lovely stay here. The staff is attentive and friendly, the room was exceptionally clean, the facilities seem to be new. Loved their small touches throughout the hotel - little ducks and mugs are just wonderful!
